Dinner...

...at Shane Delia's Maha.

duck breast - honey and cocoa nib roasted local parsnip, puffed grains

rangers valley wagyu & 12 hour lamb - with fattouche salad and rice pilaf

sauteed greens, tahini, sweet soy, mushroom, roasted shallots


turkish delight filled doughnuts - rosewater honey, walnuts
'frozen baklava' - cashew parfait, tahini soaked sponge, burnt butter icecream, baklava crumbs, orange blossom foam
 (plus pannacotta and carob/ricotta cigars with persian floss)

(Finally, with compliments from the chef)
pear and pistachio clafoutis - lavender and leatherwood honey ice cream, vanilla white chocolate ganache, sumac meringue
